mites on plant?????

i have a big hibiscus plant and around the flower areas there is little green / white bugs chillin i have no idea what they r... can this be harmful to Kongo...???

Prolly aphids,
post a pic.
If they are ahpids just cut off the section they like to hang out at and throw it away
and get the stragglers.

I can't say for sure, but they might be spider mites or even aphids. You can vaccuum them off, and wipe everything clean. You can also remove your chameleon and rub a neem oil and a dishwashing detergent solution all over the leaves.

If you look closely at their abdomens, if you see 2 little spikes pointing upwards then they are aphids.
