what does the MistKing timer have to offer that a timer from HD timer doesn't?

The home depot times run only in increments of minutes.. the mist king timer lets you set seconds as well.

but are seconds really that important when it comes to misting?? aren't you going to mist for 5-10 minutes several times daily? i wouldn't think that seconds would be something that you would be interested in...
