Mistking spray durations??

I just set up my mistking earlier this week. I saw a few posts about spray schedules and just wondering if anyone can give me some input to mine. Im gone most of the day so I dont really get to see if my guy is drinking. He seems fine in every other aspect.

As of right now I have my lights come on at 7am and first mist at 730 for 2 minutes, then 11 for 2, 3pm for 1:30 and 6 for 1 minute. Then lights off at 7pm. I feel enough water is sitting on the foliage in there, but I know my place has been dry lately and just wondering if thats long enough for him to catch a drink.

Anyone suggest any changes?

Suppose it depends on enclosure size, type and temps etc

My panther Cham is in quite a large wood, glass and mesh enclosure. Basking temp 90f

His mistking schedule, which produces 58% humidity, allows the enclosure to dry between mistings, and makes his urates bright white( so he must be drinking well) is:

8am- for 10 mins (after lights have been on for an hour)
11am - 5 mins
2pm - 10mins
5pm - 5mins

Lights out at 8/9pm so enclosure has plenty time to completely dry before bed time

Hope that helps :)

Maybe I will up mine another minute then. Hes in a medium reptibreeze, hes about a 3 month old veiled. His humidity stays around 50. Basking is about 83.

Nice set-up btw kat.
