Mistking shaking the cages

Anyone else using a MistKing have problems with it shaking the cages? I have it connected to six cages right now and then looping back to the pump. It shakes the cage first in line the most. I used some clamps and screwed the tubing to the wall and got most of it all away from touching the cages. Mojo (guy in the first cage) seems to be a little startled, but once it stops he drinks a bunch off the leaves.

Are you using the screen top wedges??

you have to use more of those clamps. basically anywhere that the tubes are shaking, you have to tie the hose down or use the clamp to the wall. my chams didn't like it at first but now, they don't seem to care.

exactly, with a few well placed clamps, all vibrations can be stoppeed :)

Yes I am using the screen top wedges. I agree, the more I used the clamps that came with the system, the less the cages were shaking. I will get some more or they will just have to deal with it..

the kits don't come w/ too many of those clamps. you can go to home depot and get the same clamps by the electrical sections. just make sure it's 1/4 inch size. also, i ended up zip tying a bunch of the tubing to my cage stand where i couldn't clamp it to a wall. that helps a lot. good luck.

then yes i agree with Hoj, the elimination of the shaking lines will cure your issue;)
