So I'm looking into getting a Mist King. Every where on the site it says you need to upgrade this and that in order for it to function properly. What all do I need to get? I'm looking into a system that can mist at least 10 cages. I'm just unsure of what I need to buy. I tried doing a thread search but i found no clear answers. I will be putting the misting nozzles in cages along with a free range possibly. Any help is appreciated.

For 10 cages......if your running 1 nozzle in each cage the basic starter mistking package will do the trick.....you will just need extra tubing line, 4 more nozzles, and 4 T adapters. I bought mine at LLLreptile.com and also bought the hangers for the screen cages. Works amazing. The starter mistking set comes with the new seconds timer and its great

Well, truthfully I'd like to get it so I can have 2 nozzles in each cage, and then extend the lines over to my free range area. What size tubing do they use? I'm assuming it's high pressure tubing, just what diameter? What are the T adapters?

Uses 1/4" airline tubing. That can be found on the MistKing website. The T-adapter can also be found on their website, and it is used to add more lines to accommodate more nozzles. Give @Marty a shout and he can answer any questions you may have.

I can pick up extra tubing at work. Not a problem. Modifications aren't to bad. I'll do that! I tried finding him on here and failed lol thanks!

Don't forget the tubing has to be food grade & black, if its clear algae can start to grow inside your tubing! Just my .02

Got mine from LLL Reptile as well. Marty is from Canada and the shipping can be quite pricy. I got my set-up. and a double nozzle cheaper than just the set-up from Marty do to shipping. Just thought you would like to know.
