Mistking Anxiety

My 3 month old nosy be with Mistking anxiety. It's only day 2 with the Mistking installed and he still has to get used to it. He ran for cover when the misting began.

whilst I don't own a mistking, my veiled ran for cover every time I misted him for a while

I had a 3mo attack the mister, slip and fall to the bottom of the cage. Scared the, you know what, out of me. But all is well and they all warm up to it.

I made sure he can't reach the nozzle, He looks at it like it's his enemy. But the funny part is when the mist hits him he gets real bright colored.

This may seem counter intuitive, but I think longer mist times will give the cham time to get over the initial shock of the mister turning on and figure out that it's not such a freaky event and actually enjoy a nice long drink and soak. Another suggestion would be to either buy or make your own "rain dome" I think they are a great way to offer a "gentler" source of water.
