I currently have a 5 month old carpet chameleon. I was wondering if you have the aqua zamp rain dome do you also need something such as monsoon mister. Or does the aqua zamp rain dome provide enough humidity?

Holding humidity will depend on you geographic location and how thickly/sparsely you plant you enclosure. Trial and error and tweaking your cage will tell you what needs to be done. Some "plastic in" up to three sides of their enclosures to hold in humidity. I'm not familiar with carpet chameleon husbandry but I'm sure people who had/have can help out.

How much coverage you need depends on the dimensions of your cage. With a typical screen cage up to 24" wide, the rain dome should be sufficient.

Ok thanks for your help guys. What do you recommend for covering the sides of your chameleon cage to keep the humidity in?

I use coroplast. Some people use shower curtains or painters' plastic sheeting.
