Misting at night

I recently got a misting system for my male panther chameleon and I’m trying to figure out a schedule for it. My lights turn on at 8 AM and turn off at 8 PM right now. My schedule for the system is two minutes before lights turn on one time in the afternoon at 2 Pm then two minutes after lights turn off, but my question is
can I mist one time at 2 AM at night? Will that affect my Cham misting at night?
(My Cham is 11 months old male panther)

I’m not able to achieve low enough night temps for fogging, so I do run a couple of 15 second mistings during the night for a subtle boost of humidity. In addition to my 2 minute mistings before lights on and off, I have a 1 minute misting in the afternoon. All my chameleons’ urates are nice and white.

Nice okay so it’s fine to do one time at 2 am for 2 minutes he’s nightly humidity is usally 90 without misting or fogging live in Florida so I think it will be fine

2 minutes is a lot for night. I would do 1 minute or less. What are your night temps? I’m on the space coast and can’t get below 73-74 without an electric bill that would bankrupt me.
