Yeah, I'm a newbie....but thats what you guys are for right!;) With my mister that I am going to buy, how do i keep the crickets from drowning since my cham is cup fed. Wont the cup have water collect in the bottom? Also, my cham hates getting sprayed..does he just have to deal with it or is there something I could do or way to position the nozzles. Also sidenote, I find my hand is very shaky when I hold him..is that a problem or does he not mind??

You can put the cup in a position where it won't get hit by overspray, poke holes in the bottom of the cup, or cut out a section of the bottom and hot glue screen to cover the hole. :)

I think he would get used to the misting system. I would recommend getting a Mistking, they're excellent.

My cham hates the water bottle, i bought the mistking $100 or so and the droplets are so fine (hence mist) she doesnt mind. The water bottle tends to have giant drops compared snd seems as the cham isnt a fan of being pelted by the big drops. Also not having to mist daily having it automated at however and whatever timee you want is great. My setup is connected to a 5 gallon bucket. 3 gallons lasts 2 weeks w 4 mists per day and about 10 minutes total per day.
