I'm thinking about getting a Jackson's chameleon soon, and I was wondering what the best mister/fogger option would be? Should I make or purchase a programmable fogger and spray the cage a few times a day, or what exactly?

I have a Jackson's and am happy with my MistKing. Also tried Monsoon, but it didn't work consistently. I also always do a very generous hand misting in the morning, and sometimes another one in the afternoon depending on the humidity and weather.
