Does anyone know where I can get the tees for a mist king system?
I have no Paypal so online is out of the question, and unfortunatly the reptile expo was June 27th so the next one won't be for a few months.
Been hand misting since Friday when one of the tees failed and wrecked my hardwood flooring.

you can purchase items through paypal with a regular credit card, I don't think you have to have an account set up. I'm not sure if this is what you are referring too.

Howdy,

In the USA, places like Home Depot carry those fittings, including the tees. "Quick-Connect" type fittings are used for many applications so well-stocked plumbing supply stores should have them.

Thanks again Jrtader.
I will look a little harder. The only ones I saw were the brass compression fittings which contain lead.

Dont know about the U.S. but in Canada indoor gardening/hydroponic shops carry lots of misting/drip system supplies

I just noticed you are in Ontario.. If you cant find anything local pm me and I'll send you one! maybe you could buy a prepaid card and order online.. mist king is set up with paypal, you dont need an acount

I'll send one out to you... not a problem. Sent you a PM

as a side note...it's always a good idea to take a few precautions.
- having drain capacity larger than the reservoir
- no matter what the device, probably running any high pressure water device on hard wood may not be the best idea. Hope is that they dont, but mechanical things can fail, seal can get blown, cat can chew through the hose..whatever. If you're on an expensive surface, makeing the system as fool proof as possible is the key.

I got a high end washing machine it leaked on me twice and so did my Bosch dishwasher. Best attitude is not to trust any device and assumbe that it will fail...then implement it accoardingly...esp if on an expensive floor.

You should be able to get t-joints at a pet supply store in the fish section. They have them near the pumps and tubing.
