What works for one person might not work for you. It depends on your climate, do you use AC/Heating, is the cage near a draft, etc etc?
You want to play around with this to get it right.... the basic rule I follow is....saturate the environment until substantial droplets form on the leaves and/or screening. Leave it and let it dry. Once it's dry,
LET IT REMAIN DRY FOR 1-3 HOURS. Spray, repeat. The idea here is to strike a balance between watering and drying.
