Chams don't have all there color till older so im not sure what yoir refuring too.

Yeah I am aware but you said colors coming in. Because of the brightness of the photo I can not see the detail in the pattern or colors. Just a muted green.

You're right, it is 100% female. Tail is straight, no thickness at the base. Even the colors and body patterns show female
