hey everyone im currently making myself a cage for my pet chameleon. I was wondering if i needed any type of soil or could i put pots with plants in the cage. They really don't like the ground..
Most of us don't use any type of soil or substrate in our enclosures. Pots are fine. Just cover the dirt with large river rocks. Sometimes they will eat the dirt for whatever reason. Just make sure the rocks are not large enough to injest.
