Your chameleons enclosure looks well planted. However there is not many branches. I would have a go at thinning some of the plants some and adding more branches. That is going to give your chameleon more climbing space and limit screen climbing.

Good luck!

why do you think he always wants out? is it because of climbing?

I could not say exactly. There are a couple of possible reasons why your chameleon wants out. Maybe your chameleon is looking for more climbing area's or that is just your chameleons personality.

thank you. also do you think his basking spot is too cold? it’s 23-26c

how could i attatch branches? i’ve seen people use silicone, but that takes too long to dry

What is your background and walls made of? It looks like expanding foam. If it is and there’s a thick enough layer, you can cut branches to fit relatively snugly and then wrap thin wire around the ends, poking the wire ends thru the foam and tying off on the outside. If it is not a solid background, you can add something like a garden trellis inside, secured to the frame of the enclosure and then attach branches to the trellis. Another way is to create a type of scaffolding with branches that are secured in the corners to the frame with a cross branch or two in an ‘H’ shape. There are also Dragon Ledges https://dragonstrand.com/dragon-ledges/ which are awesome, but best put on before the enclosure is assembled. However you do it, you want the frame to bear the weight and not any screening.
*forgot to add - I have a male panther who is in a double sized enclosure with plenty of branches (although he prefers and sticks to just a few) and I am always finding him walking in the screen. He also very often runs over as soon as he sees his door open and comes out to just sit on my hand and stare at me. This is my second male panther who seems to just enjoy sitting on my hand. No idea why.

I would go for the low to mid 80's Fahrenheit. That does the job for me.

Silicon normally dries in one day. You could free range your chameleon for a night till the silicon dries.

You could use zip ties for immediate branch securing.
