Memory?

A couple of weeks ago I took Tommy outside for some UV. I had some washing on the line which was blowing about a bit. Tommy obviously felt that the washing was a threat and flattened his body and gaped and hissed at it! Even now, two weeks later, every time I take him outside he remembers about the washing and puffs up and goes into threat mode, even when there is no washing there! I was just wondering if he has learnt to behave like this or whether he actually remembers the washing being there from 2 weeks ago!?

Maybe the washing itself wasn't all he felt threatened by. The big open "strange" space was bound to be intimidating. Maybe the clothesline itself seemed dangerous. They have very keen vision and see color spectrums we don't. Chams have very good spatial memory so possibly he did remember that the line of "flappy things" was once there so always there. Or maybe your washing leaves some sort of subliminal image after it's been taken down :)D)

I found I could not leave extension cords or plant watering hoses lying around on the cham room floor. The melleri would threaten them until I moved them. Snakes?

Ok Tiff, I want you to sit down for this.
Remember my warnings about buying roaches?
Remember I told you they bite?

Well my dear friend, I fear some may have escaped and made their way into your brain.
There is sadly no cure.
Some symptoms include chasing strange moths to feed to your animals and explaining to the husband why his favorite shirt was bitten by Tommy while outside. :)

I warned you about roaches.
They are bad. Very bad.
May the reptile gods have mercy on your sole.

Harry
