Melleri Sexing

Just wondering if any one has actually had any luck sexing Melleri with ultrasound? I know it's been tried. I think it was Eric? who tried it but it didn't work.

What about probing? Do the hemipenes not form pockets inside the tail as in snakes?

Probing is very risky. If the animal squirms he can perminantly damage the hemipenes or the females membrane can be ruptured.
