my cham has been fine for the 1.5 yrs. I've had her. Now for some reason she is keeping her left eye closed and moving her eye arond like theres something in it. I put her in the shower and she has a mist king put still doesn't seem to help.

Time for a trip to a vet?

You can try and flush it out with saline solution. Just squirt a stream into her eye until her turret fills and let her swish it around and push it out. I would try that a couple times and if it doesn't work I agree with Jim vet visit is in order could be an eye infection.
