mealworms

I'm sure this has been covered just don't see it. How do you care, gut-load, raise meal worms. Anyone have a blog on them?

You raise them like crickets. Use the standard cricket dry gut load. You can use the cricket wet gut load, but you have to either smash out the water, or give them chunks of veg, not ground up in the food processor.

PS: mealworms are not that good. You would be better off buying small superworms (diff species) due to the much thinner shell.
