Mealworms

So I have browsed the forms and I’m wondering and planning for my Cham when I order him (also think his names gonna be Apollo ) and I’m wondering are mealworms that bad if you Gutload them ? I’m just curious they are probably the easiest food source and I plan on using them but I’m still gonna use crickets as well as hornworms as treats

Mealworms aren’t terribly nutritious and their chitinous exoskeleton makes them hard to digest. Maybe this will help you.
