Just curious, if a chameleon suffers from MBD and then corrective action is taken to cure it, will the chameleons bone re-straighten? just curious to see how well animals recover from this.
Generally....no. Usually once the damage is done the chameleon is stuck with it. The bones will regain their strength....and if treated in time, the chameleon can often live for an almost normal life span.
