It can be a cyst or something similar. Take your cham to a vet and have a professional take a look at it. It may have to be drained. There was another thread on here about something similar. If you use the search function, you'll find it.

It doesn't look like he has MBD. As for the bump, you may need to take him to a vet to get it drained. They might give you antibiotics as well.

do you leave crickets in during the night?

it merely looks like a cricket bite and have encountered a few of those incidents. Try a little bit neosporin dab on the (area) and monitor it for a couple days. neosporin heals quick, so i wouldnt worry about it getting worst fast. but if it does, than seek vet assisitance.

thanks and i dont leave crickets in her cage i have a feeding cup for her

it's still not a reason to rule it though. since you have no idea what the cause is, than look at it as a minor problem, and treat it minorly for the time being. IMO overcaring or overseeing something is just as risky as leaving it be.

Bumps in that area ring sinus issue bells for me. I would also go get it checked out because, I personally have never seen a bite from an insect look that pronounced. And given the location, a sinus issue seems likely.

If you get a chance look in her mouth and take a good look at the roof of her mouth. Can you see anything weird?

thinking back to an old pygmy i had, olympia poses a good point as well.
