Mbd? Gout? Concerned

Im concerned about his legs, mainly the back ones they seem to be larger and curving over at the ankles? About 2 weeks ago he was dangling one off when i walked in the room. I feed him wax worms sometimes, i know those can add fat so maybe its too much? I recently switched him to a large enclosure but still have my small uvb from the last one, maybe thats it? I also have a basking light that I monitor and a plant grow light on the side as well. I already know about the scab on his front right leg, went to the vet a month ago. They said it was fine as well as his nails just to watch them. Please help, i can post more info just lmk, thank you!

Mature males have larger back legs the better to push the completion off of branches. Grasping the branch from the outside and curving the ankle isn't totally unusual either. However it shouldn't be his only position. If he cant grasp any other way it could indicate weakness. Does he ever stand up above the branch as he moves around.

If you mean reaching above him to grab a branch then yes he still does that. He's still pretty active he's moving around constantly and drinking water off his tree, and eating good. These are photos i took about a week ago

Forgot to hit reply. My response is above

If his ankle is always bent and he never straightens it out it could be MBD. I just can't tell from a few photos. He could just be bending his ankle or the bones above it could be bowed from MBD. If he can straighten the leg then he is fine if not you need to look for the problem. Have you had a husbandry review? That or a vet visit would be your next step.

Yes i had it reviewed a few weeks ago and i was told to change a few things and did, but it wasnt anything major. This is how he was positioned when he was sleeping last night
