Maynards casque 😬

I just wanted to get some information about our Maynard. His casque (Pic attached) has been a little whiteish on the back of his casque. We assumed he is about the shed. He is getting to that stage again. But its been like this over a week now.

Yes indeed. His casque wasn't like this before. Yeah we just thought he was about to shed. But hasn't shown any shedding behavior yet.

Yours hasn't shed that area off yet? But he is acting normal. I watch our chamildren closely like my own girls. So I freak out w every little thing lol.

I'm not sure what part of the casque is being pointed out, but in my observation from drawing them, they tend to be lighter around the back edge, often a boney white color.

Even my own cham's casque is showing this coloration:
