Howdy All,
If you live near enough to travel to Torrance, California between the 110 Fwy and the 405 Fwy on Artesia Blvd, the "South Bay Chameleon Keepers" (SBCK) meetings are held on the last Tuesday of the month from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Late arrivals are fine. We use the meeting room at the Toyota Automobile Museum. The address is 2076 Artesia Blvd. in Torrance. It's easy to accidentally drive right by the building since it is hard to see it at night. Use an online map tool or GPS to make sure that you know where to turn into the driveway! Meetings are pretty much free-flowing with all chameleon topics open for discussion. "Show and Tell" discussions are common. We're experimenting with group bulk-buys (silkworms etc.) at our meetings. Some members may be bringing dubias, silkworms and hornworms to sell but that's not for sure. Some of us have brought our chameleon books and magazines along with various items to spark discussions. Don't expect a lot from the meeting and you won't be too disappointed. The whole thing is still in its infancy. Numbers vary between 5-12 keepers at the meetings. Let us know if you are looking for these feeders and we'll try to confirm availability before the meeting.
Don't hesitate to RSVP with an email to: [email protected] if you think you might be coming. Didn't RSVP? Come anyway.
Got lost? The meeting room phone number is only useful during meeting hours. 310-329-5170
Our group ranges from long-time breeders to novice keepers. Lately, there have been 8-12 members attending. I've got word that there are at least 2 additional keepers coming tonight.

From time to time, I'll be bringing my microscope for anyone who brings a fecal sample. I will do fecal smears and not floats (potentially messy) at the meeting which still works well for many parasite types.
See You There,
SBCK
