Hey guys, my Cham Lenny is young, around 7 or 8 months. He was doing fine until this last week. He hadn't ate from what I knew, until today just now I fed him a mealworm. He was eating mainly mealworms before, I would have both crickets and mealworms in a cup for him to eat, but he would usually just choose the meal worms. I thought he might of had a respiratory infection because he makes the squeaking popping sounds and holds his head up with his chest going in and out. He still drinks plenty of water. The cage is a basic 2 foot by 2 foot by 4 foot tall. UVB light and basking light are both there. Humidity stays at about 40% but really doesn't get higher than that. Temperature in case is mostly lower 70's but towards the top it gets in the upper 80's and basking spot around lower nineties. He has this weird black mark on his mouth, and when I saw him eat the meal worm today his tongue would not extend and it looked black / shriveled. He also has what could be parasites on his butt. I thought it was a piece of poop so I tried to pull it off gently but it would not come off. Now there are two of them and I'm not sure what they are. Can you please help?
