male panther keeping one eye shut

my male has been keeping one eye shut for 3 days now hes been eating and drinking water off his plant he rubs it some times I just got him a week ago I tried to flush it with some water but not sure if any water got in not sure what to do for him any help would be good

Hello and welcome to the forum. I would first suggest filling out the "how to ask for help form" found in the health section. ( copy and paste and add the anwsers )
With eye issues a good shower often helps, and or you could get some polysporin or teramycin eye drops.
For the shower place the cham on a tree or plant and bounce warm not hot water off the wall of the shower to create a mist for the chameleon. Keep a good eye on him and allow his to stay there for awhile.
