Looking for a proven male breeder that is for sale. I am in Bakersfield California. My male I raised is terrified of my female so this time around id like to get one I know will be a good breeder and is ready to breed since my female is an adult already.

Haha, oh no! I had a male that took a couple tries to figure out what he was supposed to do; if your female is receptive, and neither are aggressive, you could always let them hang out together a few days and see if he comes around. If you're set on finding a replacement, might wanna list if you're looking for a specific locale. Good luck!
