Since your cage is a medium (16x16x30) stay with t5ho 5.0 for now to give your cham room at the bottom to completely escape uv if it needs to. The t5ho 10.0 bulbs will penetrate to far down in that small of a cage. Though you'll have a far amount of over hang until she's ready to move up in size if you go with the 24" you won't have to upgrade down the road.

Do you mean the UVB or the basking bulb? The Reptisun is no good?

If you go with a T5 bulb from reptisun most people here recommended going with there 10.0 but if you put an Arcadia then you can run a 5.0. Of course this all depends on the amount of plants you have for coverage. This is what I have gathered from the advice here so far.

Sorry, but everything that comes with that kit, besides the cage itself, is trash. Get a linear t5 fixture with the proper bulb ASAP! Remember you need a misting system, proper vitamin/CA powder as well. Look into live plants, and lots of them. Double check your temps and humidity with digital probs. Lots more research to be done. You would have known better had this been done before you accepted the chameleon. Lots of catching up to do now, good luck!
