Agree with Nick. You can't identify a female with 100% certainty. Even males to a point, you cannot properly identify. There are a lot of crosses nowadays that look like "X" locale and are potentially crosses. This is why it's best to go direct to a breeder and not second hand through a re-seller company. Most of the sex questions here I've noticed are from people buying from pet stores/re-sellers.
