Not sure if I agree with it being a male. I don't see any bulge in any of the pictures and for 3 months old being that large already there would be a very defined bulge already. Also, the colors are that of most females around 3 months old.
Well, we can leave it up for debate. You definitely have more experience than I do. My first chameleon never developed a bulge, but he did have bright blue male colors, he was around 6 months old when he died.

I know what you are talking about and I agree as that is the best way to tell when they are young as the male organs are not developed at that age so there isn't really a bulge it is more of a straight line.
If you look at the first two I can see where you are getting the male from with the straight line as the position of the tail isn't ideal but if you look at the third where the tail is straight out there is an indent after the vent and it isn't a straight line like a male would normally have.
