I've had this little guy for about two weeks now, the guy I bought him from said he was a male and was around 4 months old. His horns are there, but very small, they seem very little compared to pictures of other young jackson's I've seen.
Also, the guy I bought him from didn't even have a UVB for him, and didn't dust his food, so I'm not sure if that could have caused his horns to not be as large as they should be.
