I am having difficulty finding out the sex of my Chameleon, if anyone could help me identify either he/she is a male or female would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forums. This is a great place to learn about chameleons. I keep veileds and they are amazing chameleons. They have great personalities and I love mine dearly. Your pictures are not clear and I'm having a problem seeing the heel but a male with have a tarsal spur (little bump) on the heels of his back feet. You can see a picture here in the chameleon forums care sheet down toward the bottom. If you could get some better pictures of the heel that would be great.

Male or Female?
I believe my Chameleon is female, but I am unaware of if it could be a male? I am knew to chameleon, but I am aware of other reptiles lizards I have had, I love chameleons so this is my first time owning one.

No I do not know about a laying bin? I have done some research about something like a laying bin sorta speak. Most things I have researched are food habits, heating, a cage ( I had her in a 12x12x18 glass cage had no idea they didnt like glass or small cages so I upgraded her to a 24x24x48 cage and she seems to love that a lot more with all the vines and plants i put in there. I am worried that she is older than I thought and she may be pregnant! How can I tell she is pregnant and is it true they can get pregnant without a male? I read that somewhere but not sure if its true or not?

Yes, she can develop eggs without being mated. If she does have eggs and is ready to lay, you will see the obvious where she will get round and gain weight, will cut back on food intake or stop eating all together, will start wandering to the bottom of the cage looking for a place to dig. Even if you do not think she has eggs, she might and must always have a place to lay. If she does not, she will be eggbound and will die. here is a link on how to set up a bin
