Male chameleon head bob?

Hey All,

I've seen my Jackson do this weird headbob thing twice now, it looks similar like what the males do to attract a female. What is confusing to me is that my boy isnt anywhere near a female. What is he doing??

I believe that is how he gets all the pretty girls to make cute bebes with. Or in this case, he was quite excited for hornworms. It is the cutest!

I don’t know how fast they mature, but I’d guess yes.

I think that means he's ready for ladies, doesn't it?

IIRC (and this is going back like almost 30 years....) Anoles specifically do this. Along with spreading their throat fan thingy in beautiful orange colors. But the head bopping thing is an indicator (I am pretty sure) they are looking to mate

But that is also an entirely different species of lizard...
