Here are some pics of my cb male f. lateralis. He is one of Dooley1's offspring.
I got a pair but she wont let me get near her with the camera yet. I got these while doing some cage cleaning last weekend. Enjoy!

Those carpets are very neat looking. They are very colorful chameleons.

I really like these guys. Mine spend 75% of their time basking. They are a little bit on the shy side compared to panthers. But they dont run and hide if they see me which is nice compared to some of the other small species. Plus they have every color combo imaginable.

He's little, but definetely handsome.

Yeah, and he's twice as big as my female. She's tiny, although she is almost full grown. The females are mature by 6 months and they only get about 2" sn to vent.

They are darling and it's hard to imagine something so small could have so much color.

I was planning on putting them together in about another month. If she doesnt accept him I will try periodically.

Beautiful! I love f. lateralis. I have been sitting on some eggs that are 14 months old now. Wondering if they will ever hatch.

Wow, 14 months! You would think such a small species wouldnt have such a long gestation time. I decided to try and put mine together yesterday afternoon. My female was cool with him at first. Then she started gaping and rocking. So I put him back in his enclosure. I will try again in another few weeks.

Did they mate before she started to get upset? I have watched mine mate , then after it was done the male decided he would go for round two. She was not having it and proceeded to kick the crap out of him every time he advanced.

Is she showing her receptive colors? I love females in their receptive coloration.

I thought she was showing her receptive colors. Because shes usually just an overall turquious green color. But no they didnt hook up i only put him in for a few mins and she was having none of it. I mustve misread her as this is my first go at carpets.

can you take a picture of her? When they are receptive they show some pastel colors , reds, yellow, blues. Really pretty.
