Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Amilobe, 3 years old and has been in my care over 2.5 years
Handling - I used to handle him daily but lately only a few times a week.
Feeding - I have been switching between crickets and super worms. I give him usually 5 crickets at a time a few days during the week with a few super worms spread out through the week. I don't gut load my super worms but i usually give my crickets lettuce or some other vegetable or fruit.
Supplements - Repticalcium without d3 once a week. Herpivite once every two weeks. Reptivite with d3 twice a month. I dust my crickets with them. I have to admit my schedule hasn't been regular the last month or so. Since moving and getting a new job.
Watering - I have a gallon jug that i fill half way up at least twice a day and have it dripping onto a tall plant. I also mist his cage for at least 30 seconds 5-10 times a day. I have see him try and drink water when i spray him but not off a plant in a week or more.
Fecal Description - Never been tested. Haven't noticed much of a change in feces except maybe it is a little darker than usual.
History - No major medical history. He has always been very active and curious. Now he seems to have a hard time hanging on to his branch.

Cage Info:
Cage Type - screen with 2 sides covered in plastic to boost humidity and protect the walls. 24x24x48
Lighting - I have an arcadia 6% light and a grow light. Along with a 70 watt light bulb. His lights are on a timer from 8am-10pm. This is a new schedule. At my old apartment i would do it all manually and the times would vary.
Temperature - Using a temp gun the bottom of the cage reads 68 and goes up in basking spots of 72, 75,77,82. Overnight doesn't get lower than 60-65
Humidity - I have a dual thermometer to read humidity and it is generally between 60-70%
Plants - One ficus that is over three feet tall and lots of fake plants.
Placement - The cage is in the corner of my living room next to a window. There isn't very much traffic going in front of him. This makes me wonder if he is depressed because he used to be in my room where he would see me much more often.
Location - Illinois northern suburbs

Current Problem - I have had otto a little over two and a half years in my care. I purchased him at a convention and haven't had any major problems with him before. I am concerned because he has been very inactive lately and won't drink or eat. What has really worried me is that he has been closing his eyes during the day the last two days. His grip strength isn't the same it was a week ago and its as if he doesn't have the strength to move so he has just been hanging in the same spots. His eyes look sunken and I'm guessing he hasn't been drinking. Right now i have him in the shower to get a humidity boost and hopefully he will drink a little. I have only seen him move a little in the last 30mins. I have had problems with a female panther in the past who ended up passing away because i took her to the doctor too late. I am wondering if any one has any advice that might help him. If i don't see a major change in the next 24 hours i will go to my vet tomorrow. The two pictures are of him in the shower a few minutes ago.

I would up the Ca to three times a week if feeding every other day. I would go ahead and get him to the vet. Male panthers can live upwards of 5 years. So he has a long way to go. The pics are kind of fuzzy, so it is hard to id any issues. See you at the vet.
