you can make a culture and use them but getting them out of the trash...NO WAY!!!!!!! your cham is only as healthy as what you give it... if your maggots are eating trash and nasty nasty molded food they can get very sick and parish. but if you gets some flys and keep them, let them do there thing and make a paste of veges and fruit with some raspy superfood then it would be a great way to get good cheap food
