maggots with crickets

I am keeping my crickets in a traditional cricket keeper. I purchast about 30-40 crickets at a time and sterilize the container and tubes before I add the newest batch. Yet, I still get these little flies and sometimes maggots. Should I throw out the crickets if this happens and what sort of container should I get to stop this problem? Thanks for any suggestions.

You need more airflow.

This happened to me once when I put too many carrots in and the moisture from the carrots ended up condensing on the sides of the container.

Tiny maggots? Flies about the size of fruit flies that move with a jerky motion when they walk on a surface?

I have the same problem. They are tiny black flies that mostly crawl over everything. Usually happens to me after a week of introducing the crickets to their container

I get these like small brownish/worm/caterpiallar type a thing. what are those. their sometimes all rolled up.
