Current Problem - He has a lump on his back near his tail.
Hi there welcome to the forum. That lump could be an abscess or cyst. I would recommend a vet visit. Could he have been bitten by a cricket? There a few things in your husbandry you might want to change.
Orange cubes and lettuce are very poor gut loaders. However if it is romain lettuce that does have some good stuff in it. You might want to check out sandrachameleons blogs on gut loading. A good guide to supplements is plain calcium without d3 daily. Calcium with d3 twice a month and a multivitamin twice a month. A variety of feeders are good as well. Does he have a basking light? An ordinary household bulb is fine. Temps of 90-95 would be fine, yours are a little low. Heat pads are not recommended as heat is maintained 24 hrs a day and he needs a good temp drop overnight in order to slow down his metabolism in order to let him sleep. The vet took a sample, said it seems to be either a scratch or an insect bite that got infected. They gave me anti biotics to rub on his bump twice a day for 3 weeks. Hope this works! They said if he doesn't get better to bring him back.
