Lump on side?

Hi! I noticed this bump on my cham a few minutes ago! Does anyone know what something like this could be? The colored spot has always been there. I circled the spot in red from several weeks ago. Should I be worried? I didn’t notice this yesterday!

hmmmm kinda looks like papilloma virus but I am not sure. Is it actually growing out of the skin? I will tag others in. @JacksJill @kinyonga

So the little yellow spot of scales has always been there? Has it grown at all? I'm not sure why there would be a bump under/around ita the moment if the little yellow spot hasn't grown.

The yellow spot has always been there. Here are two photos, one from December and one from January. Does it look like it’s grown to you? What do you think?

From my somewhat limited experience a papilloma virus usually grows fairly quickly.
