Chris,
Did you breed and hatch those Montiums? If so, hat's off to you man, that is not an easy species to dance with.

Thanks so much for sharing! I love the babies, I just said awww like 400 times. :D

Thanks guys! Those Montiums are a week old and SO shy. I would never see them eat then finally I just happen to have the camera around my neck and I saw one give the fruit fly the eye. I am sure we all share that feeling of relief when we see our guys eat. :)

Matt,

I didn't captive breed these guys, they are captive hatched. One neat thing is that they hatched in 3 months at 74 degrees (it was a bit warmer than it probably should have been). They came out like Veiled, pretty good sized an very active. I am growing more and more fond of the Cameroon species the more I work with them. I am probably going to keep a pair so possibly next year true captive bred and born.

Amanda,

Not at this point, these were from a different pair, same locale. But hopefully I will have some baby Leos soon. :)

Mike,

Yea I love my parsonii, but I don't post them much. I have had them for two years, since they were itty bitty. I remember my female came in pretty rough and I had to dose her with some Fortaz (thats when I fell in love with that drug over Baytril)...here she is when she finally ate for the first time, I was worried that super was too big

Here she is now:
