Looking to switch it up

Right now I mainly give my cham crickets and I'm looking to offer more variety and I'm wondering if I could alternate crickets and dubias? Or do I need something else. I was looking at some for sale in the classifieds by a forum member and was thinking about grabbing a tote and trying to breed them. What can I feed them? Any thoughts or tips would be great.

You can alternate between crickets and dubias. However, diversity is key. I include crickets, hornworms, silkworms, blue bottle flies, and superworms in the rotation.

My female veiled is 5 months old and has crickets, dubias, blue bottle flies, mantises, wax worms, and has tried mealworms but wasn't crazy about them.

As has been said, diversity is key. Mantises are a pain to gutload and are heart-breaking to feed, so after this batch I'm done with them (aside from the few that I kept to raise haha). Dubia's are easy to breed and keep but don't move enough to really catch the cham's eye sometimes. They love hunting for the blue bottles.
