looking for tattoo help

Hoping to get my tattoo soon of my boys and I have been searching artists in the area and looking at portfolios, but I am very critical and a lot of the work I have seen has been how shall i say... sloppy, Uneven. Does anyone know of any artists in new england and can steer me in the right direction? NEED one who can do portraits WELL. I myself am an artist so I tend to be scrutenizing of artwork, plus I have a bit of OCD

Could you see if you can find the name of the artist? That would be great! And maybe a picture of the tattoo?
