I need a better cage than the one I have now. I bought the one I have off amazon and it was cheaply made, but has held together okay since I've had it, I would just like to free range some of Loki's crickets without worrying about them escaping...

I'm having trouble finding what I want because I'm so specific in what I want... So I thought I'd ask you guys!

I need it to be:

36H x 24L x 24W

BLACK

durable and with no spaces for escapees

I would like the bottom to either be screen or removeable solid

The cage I have now has a bottom pannel that swings open that's nice, but it's not something I HAVE to have

I've checked DIY and they would be perfect if it was black...
I was looking at the LLL reptile, but can't find on the description if the bottom is removeable...I just need some input before I buy another crappy cage:eek:

Check out or site sponsors, I belive alot of the US members really like the DYI cages and I have personally used the reptibreeze cages from ZooMed and really like them.

If I was in Cali Id get LLLs cages probably your best bet. Yes pull out bottoms. They actually seem better built then repti breeze at least the larger models.

Okay I might get one of those :) thanks for the input, I've only had a reptibreeze for his baby cage, and I wasn't impressed with it...just the act of moving it around made it come loose.

I have a LLLREPTILE cage and i love it! I got aluminum colored but black was an option with a strong solid peice of pvc bottom thats removable and no gaps, easily assembled. With a peice of wood accross the top it holds my hanging pothos and all lights its awsome!. I wish the door were taller.. the door doesn't go all the way to the top.. but because of that structural integrity is much greater.

That's my cage and it shows the door size.
