I received a female Veiled as a rescue and will have her up for adoption soon. The owner said she was 3 months old but I think maybe he means 6 months old.

If you have a photo of a 3 month old female Veiled, I would really appreciate seeing it.

Thank you.

Thank you!

Okay, I think maybe I better show you a photo of her and you can tell me. She looks more like the size of JannB's female.

A chameleons, or any other Reptiles Growth depends on so many variables , Starting from the mothers condition before and during pregnancy. A reptiles major growth all happens between birth/hatching and 12 months old, many the first 6 months.
In optimum conditions and ample food, you can expect a great growth rate, especially with chameleons.
Previous owners husbandry, genetic factors, and neonatal care are other factors that determin optimum growth in the vital period.
Why does it matter how old it is anyway? The question is, is it in optimum health whatever its size?

But is it possible to be THAT big at 3 months old?

And to answer your question with two questions... who said it mattered? ;) Can I not be curious?
