I have recently obtained a 7 month old Ambanja male from a friend in NY (Jon Rich) and am looking for a female panther that is ready to breed. Preferably around a year old. He has been dropping sperm plugs for the last 2 months and going on about every other day or every three days now.
I recently lost my 9 month old male ambilobe due to a prolapse and complications with surgery (he was unable to retract it himself) He got through the first surgery fine but prolapsed through the stitches later that night causing them to do another surgery the following day. Almost impossible I would think for a panther to recover from that kind of stress so he ended up passing the following day.
Beside the point, I would like to find a female that is ready to breed as soon as possible. I would hate for the same thing to happen to my Banja. He is ready to go and I have the cage all set up for her as well. Please send me a message or reply here if you have a female adult of any kind. Would prefer if you knew as much about the bloodline as possible but at this point am not very picky. I live in Houston Texas and as you can see am okay with shipping as long as you are experienced with it. I received this guy from a friend in NY on an over night shipping and he did wonderfully.
