Look at him, I found him by chance in the very dense planted enclosure of a female group. But what species is he ? :)

I've seperated him now and he eats tons of lil drosophila

I know what he is! ;)

COOL! I didn't think their rostral was so big at birth. Neat.

Congrats my friend.
Cheers,

thats cool! i wish i would just find a baby chameleon layin around like that. but i guess i would have to find a female.:D congrats on the new baby

Benny it looks just like the baby I want for Christmas, is that what it is? :) When are you sending it? I know it will be a late present but I will forgive you!!!!:)

Trace we best be getting some info, we are all waiting.

Only thing I'm even thinking of at the moment with a rostral remotely like that is a spinosus, and I'll be laughed off the stage for saying it.

WOW!!! oxyrhina:D That would make incubation rather short wouldnt it?

100%. Yes, I need to look when the first oxyrhina was in this enclosure. I've had a single female which stays longer at my place than all others. Unfortunaltely I didn't find anything else so it was probably a very small clutch on a too warm place

Hahaha!!! Thank you for your confidence, Laurie:) However it was a rather easy ID with that huge rostral!! Not to mention I knew Benny has a nice group of them:p

Benny, I am interested when you got the first female also. It surely doesnt seem like it was 4 months ago. There were no signs of her being gravid? Also the little male looks very healthy!! Is it possible she only laid one egg or even the little male was an early hatcher? Hopefully you find a few more pop up with in the near future:)

Well at least my second guess was in the kinyongia genus as for my first guess I'm ready to be taken in the woods and beatin with a stick!
