I've had problems with them as they're fast movers
and there's less meat on them than other species

so it's up to you

If I were you, I'd get Blaptica Dubia roaches instead. You can feed them off as a staple to your veiled and also your beardie.

Are they better than a crix? Probably... More meat per bug id say whereas crix are alot of leg. If you can get em to eat them go for it. Dubia are nice too... I have both
