i just ordered my mistking from them and their service was excellent. When they found out i had the exo terra monsoon they actually tried to talk me into buying the nozzle extention kit for that instead of buying the mistking, which says to me they were more interested in making the job easier for me at home than making money! dont get that too often.!!!

I got some supplies like live plants, fake branches and a substrate tray from them with good price, exelent customer service and the items arrived on time and in good condition now for animals I don't know but in general they are really reliable 

I had an ok experience. I called ahead to the Escondido store and asked if the could hold a few things for me. And told them I would be down in a couple of hours 'cause I live in orange county. I asked them to hold 4 tokays (2m2f), a scorpion, and a whites dumpy tree frog. They told me they would hold the tokays cause there weren't that many but they said they had alot of scorpions and tree frogs. When I arrived around 12 they had the tokays and the scorpion but no tree frogs. The only one they had was one with a rubbed nose. They said that they just packed up the tree frogs to go to a show. So I was really bummed cause the frog was for a friend. I still got the the tokays and scorpion because no one in my area had them. In the future I'm goig to make sure that they hold what I'm asking for instead of relying on them to "have" them when I get there. If you're wondering about the health of the live stock. 1 tokay died probably cause it was w/c. But everyone else is doing great
