Little bulge under his eye...

After about 2 weeks from shedding I started to notice something staring getting bigger right above his right eye. Im not sure what it is but hopefully it will just fall off or do I need to bring him to the Vet to get it removed. Please help.

I'd bring him to a trusted reptile vet with chameleon experience. You don't want to mess around with anything involving their eyes! Could be a growth, could be an abscess... who knows! Will likely need medical intervention.
